Welcome to the Indore Baptist Church website!
The Justice and Goodness of God. Deut. 32. 4
Great God! my Maker and my King,
Of thee I’ll speak, of thee I’ll sing;
All thou hast done, and all thou dost,
Declare thee good, proclaim thee just.
Thy ancient thoughts and firm decrees;
Thy threatenings and thy promises;
The joys of heaven, the pains of hell –
What angels taste, what devils feel;
Thy terrors and thy acts of grace;
Thy threatening rod, and smiling face;
Thy wounding and thy healing word;
A world undone, a world restored;
While these excite my fear and joy,
While these my tuneful lips employ,
Accept, O Lord, the humble song,
The tribute of a trembling tongue.
We hope you can find something useful on our website!
There are several links on this page and the other pages of our website. Some of the links will take you to sermon material (audio sermons, written sermons, Bible Conference sermons, etc...). We may not be in agreement with all of the content (or the authors) that are included in these links; however, I believe that you can find much to help or be a blessing to you in your life for Christ.
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." (John 10:1-11)
There is a search engine installed on this website - near the top of the page. If you utilize the search engine on this site, you can search for sermon titles, sermon topics, scripture references, persons, etc... The "Sermon" page still has its own features - you can list the sermons according to title, date, speaker, text, etc... But, I think this new search engine will make it easier to locate a particular topic or keyword or name within the sermons or anywhere else on this site. If you have any questions or comments, contact us now.
Thanks for visiting our website! May God Bless you, and may God Bless America!
It is our hope and prayer that the people of God in the United States of America, would petition God to grant us a time of repentance and faith in this country. Let us pray that God would bring the souls of men and women - especially some of those who are the politicians and leaders of this Nation - to a place where they would repent of their sins, and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only Saviour and the only hope of mankind. Let us also live lives that would be a good example to the world around us. If we desire revival and peace in our Nation, then we must be willing to live as God's people should. In fact, there will be no true revival or true peace in this country, unless it would begin in the Houses of God - the Churches of the Living God.
I have (3) books that are currently available at Amazon (and other bookstores). The books are entitled "Philemon and Onesimus," "The Armour of God," and "The Dangers of Sin." Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;Who will render to every man according to his deeds:To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:For there is no respect of persons with God. (Romans 2:1-11)
"14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness."(2Tim. 2:14-16.)
